1. This doorbell requires a 2.4GHz WiFi network. It is NOT compatible with 5GHz networks or combined 2.4GHz/5GHz (dual-band) networks that are not split. Please confirm your router supports a dedicated 2.4GHz band before ordering.
2. Both WiFi and Bluetooth must be active on your phone for initial setup and full functionality.
3. This doorbell does NOT include a motion detector, despite some product images that may suggest otherwise.
